USING THE ANOVATION CREATION LAB

The sales and marketing team of a health food brand in different regional markets do not share the same views with the Regional Head Office on the positioning of a new line extension of an existing product intended for regional launch. Taking advantage of Anovation’s proprietary research tool, Anovation Creation Lab, different sales and marketing teams in each of the main regional markets participated in a strategy session managed via a devoted online platform, in the comfort of their own office, whereby different ideas were openly and publicly shared in the session.

Feedback from local marketing teams proved invaluable in re-directing the positioning strategy. Through this process,
a consensual view regarding the positioning of the product was developed and fine-tuned, which was then further
tested with target consumers in some of key markets. The product has been a resounding success!
